現在ブームになっているマイクロディスティラリーについて私と一緒に学んでいきませんか。このブログを通して、酒好きな読者の皆さんとこのブームに乗っかっていきたいと思います。また、自分の感想やテイスティングノートを記録していくのは自分にてっても楽しみであります。さらに、海外に住んだ経験がある私は、英語と日本語の二ヶ国語で書きながら、人気を博しつつあるマイクロディスティラリーウイスキー生産者に対して注目していくつもりです。

Introducing Dram Craft!
The blog dedicated to exploring the WORLD...of
craft spirits.
Join me as
I take a long and meandering path toward a better understanding of the booming
growth of craft spirits. I intend to
use this site as a portal through which I can interact with an exciting new
movement and its followers. There is the
added practical benefit of simply having this space to record my thoughts and
notes. But also, as someone who has
spent time living abroad in East Asia, I am going to be writing with (at least)
two audiences in mind while keeping an eye on some global up and comer producers.
