ポールのアムラット ・ Paul Owen's Amrut
香： 強いアルコール、白酒、モルト、穀物、これ、パウンド・ケーキ、杏仁豆腐、雑草、熟した梨、バター・ビスケット、ふ菓子。
味： モルトのようなパンチ、クッキーの生地、黒い蕗草、これ、チョコ、ジュニパー、こしょう、糖蜜。
余韻： かすかスモーキー、クリーム、普通に終わる。
Nose: Strong alcohol, Chinese baijou, malt, cereals, rice crispie treats, pound cake, almond, vegetal / grassy element, overripe peaches, butter cookies, green raisins.
Palate: Malt blast, cookie batter, black licorice, strawberry fruit rollup, chocolate, juniper, black pepper, molasses.
Finish: Whisps of smoke, creamy, medium finish.
タツマキのアムラット ・ El Tornado's Amrut
香： 蜂蜜、 甘いバター、花、感想しているウッド、墨の灰、微かな甘さ。
味： キャラメル、甘いパンチ、激しい、微か苦い。石鹸のよう、安定しているスムーズさ、微か煙っぽいキャラメル、濡れている煙。
余韻： 安定しているが浅くて、スムーズ、少し石鹸っぽい。
Nose: Honey, sweet butter, floral, dry kindling, floral, woodsy, dry hard wood, charcoal ashes, slightly sweet.
Palate: Caramel, sweet burn, aggressive in middle with slight sourness, soapy, stable smoothness, light notes of caramel, smoky toffee, wet smoke.
Finish: Stable yet muted, smooth with slight soapiness.
ポールのイチローズ ・ Paul Owen's Ichiro's
香： バーボンのようなパンチ、除光液、ウッドフォードリザーヴ、柿、果物が入っているかび臭い箱、ピンク色のガム、もも、すっぱい林檎。
味： いろいろケーキの生地、バター、ガム、梨、もも、メロン、アイスを食べ終わった棒の味のよう。
余韻：心地よい甘さが残る、カスタード、普通に終わる。
Nose: Bourbon shock, nail polish (remover), Woodford Reserve, persimmon, musty box of fruit, pink bubble gum, peaches, sweet & sour sauce, sour apples.
Palate: Various cake frostings (white, pink, red), buttery, bubble gum, pears, peaches, honeydew, chewing on a popsicle stick.
Finish: Pleasant lingering sweetness, custard, medium.
タツマキのイチローズ ・ El Tornado's Ichiro's
香： バタースコッチ, 硫黄、雑草、杏、ピーチ、フルーツの飴、甘いパンチ、新鮮な蜂蜜、花っぽい蜂蜜、黒砂糖。
味： 甘い、キャラメルが速く来る、アルコールのようなパンチ、微か灰、性格が弱い、エドラダワー10年、ハイランドパーク。
余韻： かすか苦くて弱くなる。
Nose: Butterscotch, hint of sulfur, grass, apricot, peachy, candied fruits, bursting sweetness, fresh honey, flowered honey, brown sugar.
Palate: Sweet & caramel comes quick, approachable, alcohol burn follows, slight ash, weakened character, Edradour 10 & Old Paultney.
Finish: Muted, dull bitterness, weakens.
